The photo above is launch day at Lotus MD in Sacramento. Gold balloons, a banner, and a XERF device that had just been wheeled into a practice that opened a few months earlier with no patient list.
A new device is a demand problem before it is anything else. The treatment can be excellent and the calendar for it can still sit empty. Dr. Inderpreet Sanghera had the clinical side covered. The open question was whether enough of the right patients would find the practice and book.
What Cynosure Lutronic sent her
XERF is a non-surgical radiofrequency skin tightening treatment made by Cynosure Lutronic. In 2026 the company named Dr. Sanghera XERF Master Certified, and Lotus MD is now one of the practices Cynosure Lutronic features as a top XERF provider.

Dr. Sanghera performs every XERF treatment at Lotus MD herself, so the recognition is hers. Our part was underneath it. The practice had enough XERF patients, early enough, for the device maker to notice.
What was running underneath it
The launch was planned. Lotus MD opened with the whole patient acquisition system already in place, which we covered in the launch breakdown. When XERF arrived, the same system went to work on it.
We wrote the XERF page around the searches people in Sacramento actually type for skin tightening, explained the treatment the way a patient would ask about it, and put the booking step two clicks from any part of the page.
Every call, form and DM about XERF got a reply within seconds, at any hour. Patients who were ready booked straight into the calendar with a prepaid deposit. Patients who were on the fence got a follow up instead of silence.
Most patients book after work, so the system answered at 9pm the same way it answered at 10am. The practice never lost a XERF consult to whichever competitor happened to pick up first.
Every treated patient was asked for a review on a schedule, so the XERF page had proof under it within a few weeks.
Device makers notice volume. Volume comes from a full calendar, and a full calendar comes from answering every inquiry and turning the serious ones into prepaid appointments.
