Medspa Goes From Invisible on Google Maps to Top 10 Across Brentwood in 30 Days
On the first scan, DNJ Medical Aesthetics was not in the Map Pack at a single point in its service area. Thirty days later it ranked top 10 for laser hair removal across 64% of it, and September's appointments doubled August's.

Diana James, RN, has spent close to twenty years in healthcare and eight of them in aesthetic medicine. At DNJ Medical Aesthetics in Brentwood she does every consultation and every treatment herself. The clinical work was never the problem. The problem was that almost nobody searching for it could find her.
The starting point
For every client we run a grid of 169 search points across the service area, 13 by 13, three quarters of a mile apart, and check where the practice shows up in the Google Map Pack from each one. It is the closest thing to standing on every corner of town and searching from there.
On the first scan, August 16, 2026, DNJ was not in the results at a single point for "laser hair removal". Zero of 169. The same was true for "acne scar treatment" and "prp hair restoration". A patient in Oakley, Antioch or Discovery Bay could type the exact service Diana offers into Google and never see her name.
That is the normal state of an owner-run practice. The work is good, the patients who find it stay, and Google has no idea the business exists for the services that pay the rent.
What we installed
The same system Lotus MD runs on. A new site built around the way people search, with one page per treatment and the city in the address. The Google Business Profile brought into line with the site so the name, address and phone number match everywhere Google looks, because a mismatch there is a ranking problem and not a typo. And the CRM taking every inquiry and every follow-up, so a lead that comes in after close is still a lead in the morning.
What the scans showed

Thirty days later, on September 15, "laser hair removal" showed DNJ at 97% of the grid points, in the top 10 at 64% of them and in the top 3 at 19%. Average position across the whole grid was 8.4. "Acne scar treatment" went from nothing to top 10 at 57% of points. "PRP hair restoration" went from nothing to top 10 at 34%.
The October 9 scan held it and widened it. Acne scar treatment reached the top 10 across 71% of the service area. PRP hair restoration reached 48%, with five points where DNJ is the number one result. Laser hair removal settled at 59%.
Read the two maps above the way a patient would. Before, red at every point, which means not found. After, green through Brentwood and south toward Discovery Bay, yellow at the edges, red only on the Antioch side.
What the calendar did
Appointments scheduled went from 51 in August to 104 in September. New leads in the CRM went from 93 to 122 in the same month. Diana put it more simply on camera: her first two months on the system brought in more new patients than the twelve months before it.
Here is one of those appointments arriving. An Instagram message, answered inside a minute, booked for a laser facial and tagged so it counts:

An Instagram DM, answered, booked and tagged. The patient's details are cropped out.
What this means if you run a medspa
If you have never seen a grid like this for your own practice, you do not know where you are invisible. Most owners assume they rank because they see themselves when they search from their own desk. Drive a mile and a half in any direction and the answer is often different.
The Growth Audit is where we show you yours. About fifteen minutes, and you leave knowing where the patients who should be yours are going instead.
