Aesthetx Haus is not a startup. It is an established Walnut Creek practice with a team of injectors led by Desirée Antonelli, MSN, FNP, more than a hundred five-star Google reviews, and a Best of the Bay Area finalist spot from SFGate in both 2025 and 2026. The patients who found it loved it. The question was how few new ones were finding it. In the month before the system went in, the CRM recorded zero new leads and the tracked phone line recorded zero inbound calls.
September 2026 was the first full month on Medspa OS, with inquiries, calls and follow-up all tracked in one place. That month the CRM logged 79 new leads and the line took 42 inbound calls. Both are firsts for the account, and both came from a practice that had every reason to be busy already and no way to see where its new patients were coming from.
